The older our baby girl gets the more fun she and Colton have together. I was trying to get stuff done around the house yesterday and I was actually able to leave them in another room by themselves! (for more than a minute!) - and they just played next to each other. It was heavenly. Colton is so sweet and watches out for his little sister...most of the time. She's definitely becoming his partner in crime- they love making messes together! I'm sure we'll have plenty of disputes in our future, but its fun to watch them play so well together.

Sadie can't quite zoom away yet on any of our riding toys. But, Colton likes to show her how its done. Sadie just sits and watches and then very carefully makes her way back to the floor for more crawling.

She's an expert crawler these days and spends most of her time pulling up in the pantry and grabbing a bag of goldfish, bunny crackers or fruit chews and taking off quickly (before she's caught) with a bag in each hand. You always know where she is because with each hand placement the bags get smushed into the floor. We've eaten lots of broken up goldfish lately.
Colton loved pulling Sadie around in the wagon last week...
Here he is going over the plan of action...Baby we'll head to your room first, then my room, then the bathroom, down the hall, etc...

Smiling when mommy said "good job Mr. wagon driver!"
Celebrating a special boy's 2 1/2 yr birthday at Chuck e Cheese! He was a fan of the entire experience - games, play area, pizza, tokens. Daddy was so sweet and stayed at his side the entire time helping him with big kid games. BoPa joined us!
Notice the bucket of ice and large tub of water. Colton could play with the water/water hose for hours. He always ends up drenched (he's removing his sopping wet pants in this pic). We love watching for daddy's truck out front. When he pulls up Colton gets so excited and always wants to run outside to greet him. So sweet!
She also loves mimicking him and getting in his secret hiding places, which he doesn't always approve of. :)
This time he didn't seem to mind!

Saying goodbye to our infant car seat! This girl will ride in a new car seat for the first time today. She's gotten too big and WAY too heavy for the infant carrier. :)
