couch, bed, couch, bed, couch, bed

This is how our last few weeks have been spent since I've been on bed rest - which according to my dr. means bed or couch only!  Notice my neat set-up with the computer right next to me...along with the blood pressure cuff to make sure my BP is staying normal - thankfully it is!

David takes very good care of me in the evenings and the weekends...he's been absolutely WONDERFUL!  He's become a devoted grocery shopper and loves taking care of all household responsibilities.  I may just let him continue taking care of all of these things once I'm off bed rest. :)

We've had lots of fun visitors and friends bringing us meals.  We feel very loved!   I would much rather be on 'bed rest' at home than in the hospital, so I'm trying my best to follow my dr.'s orders, but it's getting harder and harder to stay put....I have so much I want to be up doing!

We see the light at the end of the tunnel though and know it won't be too much longer before our baby boy is here....then I'm sure I won't remember what 'bed REST' felt like.

Finding Colton?

Bo Pa and aunt Lacy are having trouble finding Colton in his last sonogram pic. I outlined his face in the pic on the left. You can scroll down to compare to the original pic in post below. Probably doesn't have that kinda hair right now. You never know!

Colton Davis Meek will be here soon!!!! We have less than a month to go before our due date, October 8th. We cant wait to meet Colton for the first time. This past month has been filled with visits with friends and family, showers, bed rest, good meals and planning for Colton's arrival. Jenny was put on bed rest over a month ago but is doing well. Her blood pressure had been creeping up but has maintained a good level over the past few weeks. Here is a picture of chubby cheeks Colton at 35 1/2 weeks. We get to see pics of him weekly and get updates on how big he is getting (6.1 lbs. on 8/27). We ask that you continue to pray for Colton and our family.
