We went out to Midland recently to see David's family....we always meet his family at the lakehouse and this was our first trip to Midland/Odessa in over 2 and a half years! The last time we drove and flipped the truck a couple of times...totalling our truck and 3 other vehicles, ....so, this time we decided to FLY!
I wasn't sure how the flight would go and was thankful David was along for the ride, just in case we had to juggle a screaming baby for an hour and a half. Instead, we had a peaceful, sleepy baby on both legs of the trip! I'm hoping he does equally well on our flight to Houston next week. :)
Colton got to meet his 89 year old great-grandmother, Grandma Cohorn (David's mom's mother). She was so excited to see baby Colton and held him for a long time...he sat peacefully in her lap, staring up at her. We think its so amazing that he has 3 great grandparents that have all met him...and they can't wait to see him again!
BoPa and Lizzy also threw us a big party so friends from Midland and Odessa could come over and meet Colton. It was lots of fun! Colton slept through half the party, but he enjoyed mingling with guests for the second half. He got to meet lots of friends and family on the trip. A cold front came through and we weren't prepared for the chilly weather. Fortunately Lizzy had some winter gear to keep our boy warm.

So glad your flight went well! And I can't believe Colton has so many teeth!! You should be feeding him steak soon.
